Getting Your Pregnant Clients to Come Back to You

Postnatal-12When it comes to customer retention and a pregnant/postnatal population, it’s pretty tough going.

If you’re lucky, clients join you at around 20 weeks pregnant.  They stay until they’re due to give birth, go off and have their baby and sometimes return to us in a postnatal setting.  But not always.

One of the best things you can do to to build rapport, gain clients’ trust and educate them in the process is by sending out a weekly newsletter.

It’s your role as an Ante/Postnatal Specialist to empower, educate and impart knowledge.  Don’t ever see your newsletter as SPAM.  Use it as an opportunity to let your clients get to know you as a person, find out about the services you offer, and help them make sense of all of the misinformation available online.

I think you’d agree that you’d prefer that your clients are exposed to your safe and effective exercise techniques, and couple this with the right education.

MailChimp, Constant Contact and Aweber are widely used email software packages, so set up a free account with them, watch the tutorials and send out your first newsletter now, before it’s too late.
