Why Running a Pregnancy Class at the WRONG Time Could Jeopardise your Business

PregnancyIf you’re wanting to set up a pregnancy Pilates, fitness or exercise session, you need to be aware that certain times will work better with prenatal clients.

Fatigue hits them hard, so it’s important to choose a day and time during the week where mums-to-be don’t feel too tired too attend.

Days that work are:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – because they’re at the start of the week
  • Saturdays and Sundays – because they’re at the weekend

Times I’d suggest are:

  • 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 7:00pm start times for week days
  • 9:00am or 10:00am for weekends
