Fatigue hits them hard, so it’s important to choose a day and time during the week where mums-to-be don’t feel too tired too attend.
Days that work are:
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – because they’re at the start of the week
- Saturdays and Sundays – because they’re at the weekend
Times I’d suggest are:
- 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 7:00pm start times for week days
- 9:00am or 10:00am for weekends
